ماذا تفعل من لوحة التحكم What you can do in the control panel

منشآت وفروعVenues and branches

أضف منشأة أو أكثر لشركتك، مع العنوان والموقع على الخريطة والمرافق والوصف بلغتين.Add one or several venues for your company, with address, map location, amenities and a description in both languages.

ملاعب وأسعارCourts and prices

لكل ملعب رياضته وصوره وسعره للفترة، مع أسعار خاصة للحجز الأطول إن أردت.Each court has its sport, photos and price per period, with special prices for longer bookings if you want them.

مواعيد مرنةFlexible hours

حدد ساعات العمل لكل يوم وطول الفترة، وأغلق أو غيّر المواعيد في الأعياد وأيام الصيانة. يمكن أن تمتد المواعيد بعد منتصف الليل.Set the hours for each day and the slot length, and close or change times for holidays and maintenance. Hours can run past midnight.

الحجوزات والتقويمBookings and calendar

كل الحجوزات في قائمة وتقويم. أكّد، أو سجّل الحضور أو عدم الحضور، أو ألغِ، وحدّث حالة الدفع.Every booking in a list and a calendar. Confirm, mark completed or no-show, cancel, and update the payment status.

سجّل الحجوزات التي تصلك هاتفيًا أو مباشرة في النظام نفسه، فلا يحجز أحد من التطبيق وقتًا محجوزًا.Enter bookings that come by phone or in person in the same system, so nobody can book that time in the app.

أنشئ رموز خصم لكل منشآتك أو لمنشأة واحدة، مع حد للاستخدام وحد أدنى للمبلغ.Create discount codes for all your venues or just one, with usage limits and a minimum booking amount.

أضف موظفي الاستقبال والمبيعات بحسابات خاصة بهم، واختر ما يمكن لكل منهم رؤيته وإدارته.Give front-desk and sales staff their own logins, and choose what each of them can see and manage.

حماية من الحجوزات الوهمية Protected from no-shows

نعرف أن الحجز الذي لا يحضر صاحبه يكلفك. لذلك يطبّق التطبيق حدودًا على كل لاعب: لا حجزين في الوقت نفسه، وعدد محدود من الحجوزات القادمة، وإيقاف مؤقت لمن يتكرر عدم حضوره أو إلغاؤه. ويكفي أن تسجّل «لم يحضر» في لوحة التحكم. We know a booking nobody turns up for costs you money. So the app applies limits to every player: no two bookings at the same time, a cap on upcoming bookings, and a pause for anyone who repeatedly fails to show up or keeps cancelling. All you do is mark "no-show" in your panel.

    نفتح حساب شركتك في لوحة التحكم، ونساعدك في إضافة الملاعب والأسعار والمواعيد.We open your company's account in the control panel and help you add courts, prices and hours.

    تبدأ الحجوزاتBookings begin

    تظهر ملاعبك في التطبيق، وتصلك الحجوزات في لوحة التحكم.Your courts appear in the app and bookings arrive in your panel.

أسئلة شائعة Common questions

هل يدفع اللاعبون مقابل التطبيق؟Do players pay to use the app?

لا، التطبيق مجاني للاعبين.No, the app is free for players.

هل يتغير طريقة استلامي للدفع؟Does the way I get paid change?

لا. حاليًا يدفع اللاعب لك مباشرة في الملعب، كما تفعل اليوم.No. For now the player pays you directly at the venue, just as today.

هل يمكنني الاستمرار في استقبال الحجوزات بالهاتف؟Can I keep taking bookings by phone?

نعم. سجّلها في لوحة التحكم، فتظهر في التقويم نفسه وتُغلق ذلك الوقت في التطبيق.Yes. Enter them in the panel; they appear in the same calendar and block that time in the app.

لدي أكثر من فرع، هل هذا ممكن؟I have several branches. Is that possible?

نعم. حساب شركة واحد يضم كل منشآتك، ولكل منها ملاعبها ومواعيدها وتقاريرها.Yes. One company account holds all your venues, each with its own courts, hours and reports.

هل يمكن لموظفيّ استخدام النظام؟Can my staff use it?

نعم. لكل موظف حساب خاص، وتحدد أنت ما يمكنه الوصول إليه.Yes. Each staff member gets their own login, and you decide what they can access.
