Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Book A Play app, operated by BookaPlay ("we", "us"). You accept them by ticking the box when you register, and they apply each time you use the app or make a booking. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You must use a number that belongs to you.
• Give us your real name, so the venue can identify your booking.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account. Keep your phone and your verification codes to yourself.
• You must be 18 or over to create an account and use the app, and you confirm this when you register. If you are under 18 you may not use the app; a parent or guardian can make the booking for you from their own account and is responsible for it.

3. Bookings

• Book A Play connects you with sports venues. The court, its facilities and its staff are provided by the venue, not by us.
• A booking is for the court, date and time shown on the confirmation screen.
• Some venues confirm bookings instantly. Others approve each booking themselves, and your booking stays "Pending" until they do.
• We work to keep availability accurate, but on rare occasions a time may no longer be free. If that happens we will tell you and the booking will not go ahead.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are set by the venue and shown in Jordanian dinars.
• You pay the venue directly when you arrive. We do not take payment in the app.
• A coupon is valid only under its own conditions (venue, dates, minimum amount and number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

• You can cancel a booking in the app up to the venue's cancellation deadline. Each venue sets its own deadline; unless the venue says otherwise it is 24 hours before the booking starts.
• After that deadline the booking can no longer be cancelled in the app.
• When you book, you are expected to arrive on time. A venue may charge a cancellation fee, or refuse future bookings from someone who books and does not show up.
• We may limit or close accounts with repeated no-shows.

6. Booking limits

Bookings are paid at the venue, so we apply limits to keep courts available to everyone:

• You cannot hold two bookings whose times overlap, at any venue.
• You can hold up to 3 upcoming bookings at a time, and up to 2 bookings on the same day.
• Bookings can be made up to 14 days ahead.
• If you miss 2 bookings within 30 days without cancelling them, you cannot make new bookings for 14 days after the latest one.
• If you cancel 3 bookings within 7 days, you cannot make new bookings until some of those cancellations are more than 7 days old. A booking cancelled by the venue does not count.

The app tells you when one of these limits applies. We may change the limits; the current ones are always the ones shown here. Deleting your account and registering again with the same number does not reset them. If you believe a missed booking was recorded by mistake, contact us.

7. Using the app and the venues fairly

• Follow the venue's rules and the instructions of its staff.
• You are responsible for damage you cause at a venue.
• Do not make bookings you do not intend to use, use the app for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt it or access other people's accounts.

8. Our responsibility

We provide the booking service. We are not responsible for the condition of a venue or its facilities, for the conduct of a venue or of other players, or for injury, loss or damage that happens at a venue. Sport carries a risk of injury, and you take part at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under the law.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We try to keep the app available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change, add or remove features.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the service, the venues or other users. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account yourself under Account > Delete my account. Deleting your account cancels any bookings that have not started yet and cannot be undone; our Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what is kept.

11. Our content

The app, its name, logo and design belong to us. Venue names, descriptions and photos belong to the venues. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.

1. عن هذه الشروط

تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لتطبيق «Book A Play» الذي تديره BookaPlay (ويشار إليها بـ«نحن»). أنت توافق عليها بوضع علامة في مربع الموافقة عند التسجيل، وتنطبق في كل مرة تستخدم فيها التطبيق أو تجري حجزًا. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. حسابك

• تسجّل الدخول برقم جوالك ورمز لمرة واحدة، ويجب أن يكون الرقم خاصًا بك.
• أدخل اسمك الحقيقي ليتمكن الملعب من التعرف على حجزك.
• أنت مسؤول عما يتم من خلال حسابك. لا تشارك هاتفك أو رموز التحقق مع أحد.
• يجب أن تكون قد أتممت 18 عامًا لإنشاء حساب واستخدام التطبيق، وأنت تؤكد ذلك عند التسجيل. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عامًا فلا يحق لك استخدام التطبيق، ويمكن لولي أمرك أن يحجز لك من حسابه الخاص ويكون مسؤولًا عن الحجز.

3. الحجوزات

• «Book A Play» يربطك بالمنشآت الرياضية. الملعب ومرافقه وموظفوه تابعون للمنشأة وليس لنا.
• الحجز يكون للملعب والتاريخ والوقت الظاهرة في شاشة التأكيد.
• بعض المنشآت تؤكد الحجز فورًا، وبعضها يوافق على كل حجز بنفسه، ويبقى حجزك «قيد الانتظار» حتى تتم الموافقة.
• نعمل على أن تكون المواعيد المتاحة دقيقة، لكن في حالات نادرة قد لا يعود الموعد متاحًا. عندها سنبلغك ولن يتم الحجز.

4. الأسعار والدفع

• الأسعار تحددها المنشأة وتُعرض بالدينار الأردني.
• تدفع للمنشأة مباشرة عند وصولك. لا نستلم أي مبالغ عبر التطبيق.
• رمز الخصم صالح فقط وفق شروطه (المنشأة، التواريخ، الحد الأدنى للمبلغ، وعدد مرات الاستخدام) ولا يمكن استبداله نقدًا.

5. الإلغاء وعدم الحضور

• يمكنك إلغاء الحجز من التطبيق حتى الموعد النهائي للإلغاء. تحدد كل منشأة موعدها النهائي، وهو 24 ساعة قبل بدء الحجز ما لم تحدد المنشأة غير ذلك.
• بعد ذلك الموعد لا يمكن إلغاء الحجز من التطبيق.
• عندما تحجز، يُتوقع منك الحضور في الوقت المحدد. قد تفرض المنشأة رسوم إلغاء، أو ترفض حجوزات لاحقة ممن يحجز ولا يحضر.
• يحق لنا تقييد أو إغلاق الحسابات التي يتكرر منها عدم الحضور.

6. حدود الحجز

يتم الدفع مقابل الحجوزات في الملعب، لذلك نطبّق حدودًا تضمن بقاء الملاعب متاحة للجميع:

• لا يمكنك الاحتفاظ بحجزين تتداخل أوقاتهما، في أي منشأة.
• يمكنك الاحتفاظ بثلاثة حجوزات قادمة كحد أقصى في الوقت نفسه، وبحجزين كحد أقصى في اليوم نفسه.
• يمكن الحجز قبل الموعد بمدة أقصاها 14 يومًا.
• إذا لم تحضر حجزين خلال 30 يومًا دون إلغائهما، فلن تتمكن من إجراء حجوزات جديدة لمدة 14 يومًا بعد آخرهما.
• إذا ألغيت 3 حجوزات خلال 7 أيام، فلن تتمكن من إجراء حجوزات جديدة حتى يمضي على بعضها أكثر من 7 أيام. الحجز الذي تلغيه المنشأة لا يُحتسب.

يبلغك التطبيق عند انطباق أحد هذه الحدود. يحق لنا تغيير الحدود، والحدود السارية هي دائمًا المذكورة هنا. حذف حسابك ثم التسجيل من جديد بالرقم نفسه لا يعيد ضبط هذه الحدود. إذا رأيت أن عدم حضورك سُجّل بالخطأ، تواصل معنا.

7. الاستخدام السليم للتطبيق والمنشآت

• التزم بقواعد المنشأة وتعليمات موظفيها.
• أنت مسؤول عن أي ضرر تسببه في المنشأة.
• لا تجرِ حجوزات لا تنوي استخدامها، ولا تستخدم التطبيق في أي أمر مخالف للقانون، ولا تحاول تعطيله أو الدخول إلى حسابات الآخرين.

8. مسؤوليتنا

نحن نقدّم خدمة الحجز. لسنا مسؤولين عن حالة المنشأة أو مرافقها، ولا عن تصرفات المنشأة أو اللاعبين الآخرين، ولا عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو ضرر يقع في المنشأة. ممارسة الرياضة تنطوي على احتمال الإصابة، وأنت تشارك على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من أي مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون الحدّ منها.

9. توفر الخدمة والتغييرات عليها

نسعى لأن يكون التطبيق متاحًا في جميع الأوقات، لكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعه. ويحق لنا تغيير الخصائص أو إضافتها أو إزالتها.

10. تعليق الحسابات أو إغلاقها

يحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يُستخدم للإضرار بالخدمة أو المنشآت أو المستخدمين الآخرين. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت وحذف حسابك بنفسك عبر حسابي > حذف حسابي. حذف الحساب يلغي أي حجوزات لم يبدأ موعدها بعد ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية ما الذي يُزال وما الذي يبقى.

11. المحتوى الخاص بنا

التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه ملك لنا. أسماء المنشآت وأوصافها وصورها ملك للمنشآت. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن.

12. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. يوضح التاريخ في الأعلى موعد آخر تغيير. وإذا كان التغيير مهمًا، سنبلغك به داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

13. القانون المطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع.
